Annette's Biography

Annette is a tenant representation specialist and has worked in the greater Madison office and retail market since 1988. In 1997, Annette formed Gelbach Commercial Real Estate and has established a client list that ranges from small local companies to large international firms. Her experience and expertise has benefited clients in leasing, purchasing, renewals, and build to suit transactions. In 1999 Annette earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, demonstrating her ability to perform in depth financial analysis of investment options for her clients.
