Mike Herl | Broker/Partner/Managing Broker of Madison Commercial Real Estate LLC, Mike has been working in commercial real estate for over 15 years. In his real estate career, he has completed hundreds of leasing and sales deals throughout the Greater Madison area. His areas of expertise include: retail and office leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and project development. He has brokered several large developments in the immediate area, including a ShopKo Hometown store, a Sentry Grocery Store, several strip centers, office development, as well as many other investment for his clients. Mike “lives and breathes” commercial real estate and brings strong moral and ethical standards to every deal in which he participates.
