Annette's Biography

Annette is a Tenant Representation and Buyer Agency specialist who has worked in the greater Madison/Dane County commercial real estate market since 1988. Annette has established a client list that ranges from small local companies to large international firms. Her experience and expertise has benefited clients in leasing, purchasing, renewals, and build to suit transactions. In 1999 Annette earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, demonstrating her ability to perform in depth financial analysis of investment options for her clients. Annette also consults and assists in lease renewals. She enjoys working with and for tenants and buyers to help them find the best solutions for their space needs.
