Who can join PropertyDrive & Cirex?

• Full PropertyDrive membership is open to all licensed real estate professionals and companies that are registered as real estate entities.
• Affiliate memberships are available for any person or company that wishes to promote products and services to PropertyDrive members and site visitors. To learn more about becoming an Affiliate member click here.

What are some of the benefits of membership?

• Ability to list buildings, land and business for sale or lease.
• PropertyDrive now partners with Cirex. Your PropertyDrive listings are online at www.PropertyDrive.com. For an additional fee you can have them included in the monthly printed Cirex Listing Guide.
• Immediate entry and display of your property ads.
• Advanced Search Features – searches may be broad for criteria like price and location or they may be very specific for details such as shared building amenities, loading docks, overhead doors, highway exposure, etc.
• Additional Information – members have access to information not available to the general public on PropertyDrive.
• Organizational Tools – multiple lists feature allows you to create property search lists for different clients with the ability to sort the results in different ways.
• Broadcast emails allow you to communicate effectively with other brokers.
• Administrator log in allows one or more users in a company to enter property information for others in the company.

What does a membership cost?

• Annual Membership is $75 per company. Each company may have an unlimited number of users as you like as long as they are (1) listed under the same address and (2) are invoiced on a single invoice. Additional offices or locations can be added for $25 each as long as they are included on the same invoice.

How much does it cost to list properties on PropertyDrive?

• Listings fees are based on a tiered structure depending on the number of listings your company has. The current monthly rates are:
  • First 4 ads – $15 each
  • Next 5 ads – $11.25 each
  • Additional ads – $7.50 each
