Only licensed real estate agents or companies registered as real estate entities may join PropertyDrive.

PropertyDrive Enrollment Agreement

Membership Information

  1. Company membership is on an annual basis and runs through December 31 of each calendar year.
  2. Each Company Member may enter an unlimited number of agents. The Company Member agrees that it will only enroll agents that are employees, direct sub-contractors, or otherwise directly linked to the Company Member.

Advertising Rules

  1. Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing Statute 452.135 requires either ownership interest or a written, signed listing agreement to advertise a property for sale or lease. Company Member and/or its Agents must be in compliance with this regulation for any property advertised on PropertyDrive.
  2. Company Member and its Agents assures that advertising information provided to PropertyDrive by the Company Member or its Agents is deemed to be accurate to the best of the Company Members and its Agents knowledge.
  3. Company Member and Agents agree that the following information will be provided for all properties advertised on PropertyDrive: Price or Rate (whichever applies) and Co-Broke Commission.
  4. Company Members and Agents agree that all information will be kept up to date and agree to review and update all advertisements at least every 30 days.
  5. Company Members and Agents agree to remove advertising for each sold, leased or expired listing in a timely manner.
  6. All advertisements will be run and billed until removed by Company Member or Agent.
  7. Advertising deadlines for the printed listing guide is the 15th of each month. Ads submitted after that date may not be included in the subsequent guide.

Co-Broke Policy

  1. Company Members and Agents agree that by entering an advertisement on PropertyDrive which includes the Co-Broke Commission for the property, they are extending a unilateral offer of compensation to all licensed PropertyDrive Members.

E-Mail Use

  1. Company Members and Agents agree to have an e-mail address for use by PropertyDrive. Company Member and Agents may prevent e-mail addresses from being displayed to the general public and other PropertyDrive members. However, an e-mail address must be available for administration of PropertyDrive.
  2. Company Members and Agents may not use the PropertyDrive broadcast e-mail feature to broadcast information about any property not currently advertised on PropertyDrive. If a Company Member or Agent does broadcast information about a property not advertised on PropertyDrive, Company Member will be assessed a charge equal to one month of advertising.
  3. Company Members and Agents agree to restrict use of the PropertyDrive broadcast e-mail to relevant topics. Illegal use of PropertyDrive e-mail is prohibited. Company Members take full responsibility for any and all content of e-mail messages sent by its Agents.

Billing & Payment

  1. If payment for advertisements is more than 30 days past due, PropertyDrive reserves the right to remove advertisements from the system.
Agreement Understanding

I have read and understand the PropertyDrive Enrollment Agreement and agree that this company will make a good faith effort to comply with the terms of this agreement. I will assure that all Agents of this company will be made aware of the terms of the agreement. I warrant that I am duly authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of my company.
