The following monthly rates are based on a sliding scale depending on an average total number of ads and membership years Pages are divided into 1/12th page box ads. Rates range from:

* $12.00 each next 2 to 4 ads
* $10 each usually next 5 to 10 ads
* $8 each usually next 5-10 and contract rates
* $7 each usually next 5-10 and contract rates
* $6 each next 21-31+ and contract rates
*Annual Book Subscription is $10-$30 depending on number books, years and if you hold a valid Real Estate License
