• Character Counter lets you make the most of your listing comments!
  Never worry about putting in too many comments when submitting a property. A new character counter, located to the right of the comment box, on each property submission page lets you know exactly where you are. As you type the counter counts down, showing you precisely how many characters you have left. PropertyDrive has always allowed you a generous 400 characters of comments. Now you can make sure you maximize those comments without typing too much!
• Test Map your property before you submit it!
  Make sure your property address will map correctly by clicking on the new link directly below the property address on the property submit pages. This link will let you make the necessary adjustments to ensure that it maps correctly. Make any adjustments to your address before you submit it. The mapping feature is heavily used by visitors searching for properties. Make sure your property maps correctly!
• New prompt prevents you from prematurely sending a broadcast email!
  Ever sent out a broadcast email without an attachment or subject line? A new prompt on the PropertyDrive broadcast email system shows you 1) Who is sending the email, 2) Who is receiving the email, 3) The subject line of the email, and 4) The attachment name, if any before it is sent. This gives you the opportunity to correct any omissions or errors so that your email goes out correct the first time.

  The February issue of the PropertyDrive Printed Monthly Guide has a new type of binding. This binding provides two advantages – 1) it gives the guide a more professional look, and 2) it allows for a virtually unlimited number of pages. The Monthly Guide was close to its maximum size using the old binding style. This new binding will allow the Monthly Guide to keep pace with our continued growth.
