Create PDFs of Property Detail Pages including attachments! In our last newsletter we told you that Members can now save and/or email property detail pages in PDF format. Now those PDFs include attachments! Just login and view the detail page of any property. In the green bar labeled "Size and Financial Information" you'll see a PDF button. Click the PDF button to automatically generate a PDF of the property. |

Retrieve Your Forgotten Username &
Password Don't remember your username or password? Just go to the login page and click on "I forgot my username/password". Enter your email address and your username and password will automatically be emailed to you. Use Ctrl Key to Allow Pop-Up Some features, like the PDF feature of PropertyDrive, requires a new window to open. If your pop-up blocker prevents it, try holding down the Ctrl key while you click on the PDF button. Avoid Session Timeouts For security purposes PropertyDrive will automatically log you out of the system if there is no activity for 30 minutes. Avoid leaving pages partially completed (such as when entering new properties) for any length of time. If you are logged out any information you have entered will be lost. |

Monthly Billing The PropertyDrive monthly cutoff for billing is the 15th of the month. Properties that are active after the 15th will be billed for that month. Just a reminder that invoices cover the prior month. Capital Region Business Journal PropertyDrive submits information about your properties that have sold or leased to the CRBJ. Email the details of any lease or sale transaction for land or businesses in their 9 county region (Dane and all contiguous counties). We'll submit your transactions for publication. |
