Cirex & PropertyDrive Partnership Transition Update

Please take a few moments to read our periodic updates since they will contain important information.

We are happy to announce that steps to complete the transition to the Cirex & PropertyDrive partnership are well underway. We plan to keep you informed as we proceed.

Partnership Overview

PropertyDrive will be providing and maintaining the online property database.
Cirex will be producing the monthly listing guide using data from the online database.
Membership in both services will be a joint membership via PropertyDrive.
Property listings will be added and managed via PropertyDrive.
There will be separate charges and invoices for the online and printed portions of your listings.
When submitting a property to PropertyDrive, you will be given the option of having the listing excluded from the printed guide. By default, listings will be assumed to be included in the printed guide.
Anyone with a Cirex membership will automatically become a member of PropertyDrive at no charge for the remainder of 2006.

New Pricing Schedule (Effective Aug 1, 2006)

PropertyDrive Online Listing Fee

Ads 1 - 4: $15.00
Ads 5 - 9: $11.25
Ads 10 & up: $ 7.50

Cirex Printed Listing Fee

Ad 1: $20
Ads 2 - 10: $12
Ads 11 - 30: $8
Ads 31 & up: $6
