Transition Options & Issues
Setting up a membership
- Current PropertyDrive Members
Just continue to use your current account.
- New PropertyDrive Members
Your account should be set up at PropertyDrive.com using your Cirex username and password.
Transferring your Listings
As of July 10, all NEW listings should be added through PropertyDrive!
- Current PropertyDrive Members
- Option 1 - Add any additional listings you may have on Cirex to PropertyDrive. Notify Jay Blevins that you will handle all listing transfers.
- Option 2 - As of July 10 you should remove any listings from Cirex that you do NOT want transferred to PropertyDrive. Following that date all properties on Cirex that are not currently on PropertyDrive will automatically be transferred to PropertyDrive.
- New PropertyDrive Members
- Option 1 - After either signing up via the PropertyDrive Online Enrollment or after you have been notified that your account has been set up by PropertyDrive, you can enter your own listings on PropertyDrive. If you choose this option, please notify Jay Blevins that you will be transferring your own listings.
- Option 2 - As of July 10 you should remove any listings from Cirex that you do NOT want transferred to PropertyDrive. Following that date all properties on Cirex that are not currently on PropertyDrive will automatically be transferred to PropertyDrive.
Required Fields for Listings
PropertyDrive has some required fields that vary from Cirex. Before your Cirex listings can be transferred to PropertyDrive you will need to make sure that all required fields have been filled in on your Cirex listings. Listings that do not have all required fields completed WILL NOT be transferred to PropertyDrive.
- All Listings
- Property Type (buildings only)
- Property Location
- County
- Co-broke amount (must be an amount or range of amounts, CAN NOT be simply "Call" or "Negotiable", Can be a percentage, rate psf, fixed dollar amount and can include words-
- Examples of Acceptable language - "2 - 4%", "$1.50 - $2.00 psf"; "3 - 4% Negotiable".
- NOT Acceptable - "Call", "Negotiable", etc.
- Building for Lease
- Size (can be a range, in square feet)
- Maximum Contiguous SF (in square feet)
- Price (can be a range, must be price per square foot - CAN NOT be "Call" or "Negotiable")
- Building for Sale
- Size (can be a range, in square feet)
- Price (Minimum required - can be a range - CAN NOT be "Call" or "Negotiable")
- Land for Sale AND Land for Lease
- Size (can be a range, units can be square feet or acres)
- Price (minimum required, can be a range, must be in price psf or per acre - CAN NOT be "Call" or "Negotiable")
- Business for Sale
- Price
- Real estate included (Yes or No)
