Cirex & PropertyDrive Transition Update

Please take a moment to read this email. It contains very important information.

All Users - Please note that there have been two important changes to PropertyDrive.
- Locations have been replaced by Regions/Sub-Regions -- Previously you were allowed to select up to 3 locations for your property. PropertyDrive now automatically assigns a Region based on the county you enter. You have the option to select up to one Sub-Region per property. At the present time, only the South Central Region has Sub-Regions. If none of the Sub-Regions apply to your property please select "No Sub-Region".
- "Include in Printed Book" field added -- Your listing is automatically included in the monthly Cirex Printed Book for an additional fee. However, if you wish to opt out of the printed book you must uncheck the field "Include in Printed Book". Buildings for lease or sale have the option of being included for up to 3 separate property types. Land and Business listings may be included once per listing. Your property will automatically be included in the next Cirex printed book unless you uncheck the "Include in Printed Book" field by the end of the day on Friday, July 21.
Majority of Cirex listings have been added to PropertyDrive -- However, numerous listings have incomplete information and therefore have yet to be added. -- Anyone with a listing with missing information should have received one or more emails requesting the missing information. Please make sure that you respond to the email with the missing information by Thursday, July 20 so we have time to get all properties entered.
Review your listings -- Please login and verify your property listings. Due to differences in the two systems, some data may have not been transferred correctly or at all. Please review your listings to make sure that the property information is correct and appears the way you'd like it to appear. Updates for the August Cirex printed book must be made by the end of the day on Friday, July 21.
If some or all of your listings are missing - If some or all of your listings have not been transferred please make sure you have responded to any email requests for missing information. If you did not receive an email please contact me so we can resolve the situation.
