Many PropertyDrive members had the chance to learn about Thrive, the new regional economic development entity
for South Central Wisconsin at the recent Commercial Brokers Group meeting. Thrive provides excellent economic
development information about the region in an effort to attract and retain businesses. One of the services offered
on Thrive's website is available site location.
Thrive utilizes Forward Wisconsin's LOIS system to provide site information to their website. Why does this matter to
to you? Because PropertyDrive has been providing YOUR PropertyDrive listings to the Forward Wisconsin LOIS system
for almost 2 years!
We've done this at no additional cost to you! Your listings are automatically uploaded to
LOIS on a weekly basis. How important is PropertyDrive's role in providing this data? The City of
Madison has met with PropertyDrive to ensure that we will continue uploading this data because we are
the primary source of listing data on LOIS for the City of Madison! We know we are the sole source of
commercial real estate listing information to other municipalities as well.

Reminders |
Monthly Billing
The PropertyDrive monthly cutoff for billing is the 15th of the month. Properties that are active
after the 15th will be billed for that month. Just a reminder that invoices cover the prior month.
Capital Region Business Journal
PropertyDrive submits information about your properties that have sold or leased to the CRBJ.
Email the details of any lease or sale transaction for land or businesses in their 9 county region (Dane and all contiguous counties).
We'll submit your transactions for publication.
