PROFILE Chris has been a commercial real estate professional with Lee & Associates since 2010 and had previously provided commercial real estate services with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. beginning in 2005. In 2015, Chris was named Principal at Lee & Associates. He has successfully executed hundreds of purchase and lease transactions in all aspects of the commercial real estate and development industry. He has advised on market penetration strategy and overall site and market analytics for his clients. Chris has also consulted on tax increment financing (TIF) projects and assisted in financial modeling and execution. Chris strives to assist clients to find the best solutions for their real estate needs. Chris has developed, owned and manages a balanced portfolio of commercial real estate projects across a variety of asset classes to achieve quality equity returns. Chris is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Wisconsin. Notable Transactions Include: • Represented Ahern in the $841,000 purchase of 4.83 acres for their 60,000+ square foot corporate headquarters. • Represented Omega Holdings/Anytime Fitness in the purchase of 1.4 acres for the development of a retail center in Sun Prairie, WI. Chris leased the available spaces in the development. Also represented Omega in the $1,075,000 purchase of a 9,600 square foot facility for their equipment repair facility. • Represented Park Bank with a market survey and the subsequent lease of 2,982 square foot office building to house a bank branch. • Represented Pleasant Acres Development in the $3,590,000 purchase of 44.9 acres of land for a mixed use residential development. • Represented Bowman Farms in the $1,305,000 sale of 3.84 acres of land for a multifamily development. • Represented Goldfish Swim School in the lease of a 9,900 square foot build-to-suit building in Fitchburg, WI. • Represented Wingra Stone in the $1,305,000 sale of 3.75 acres of land for a multi-family development and the $5,205,420 sale of land for a senior housing development in Fitchburg, WI. • Represented Executive Investors in the $4,000,000 sale of a 44,000 square foot vacant office building. • Represented the buyer, Loeder Oil Company in the assemblage and purchase of 5 acres of land for a retail development, then brokered the sale of the land parcel after entitlements were completed in Sun Prairie, WI.
