Janine's Biography

Earned CCIM designation in 2013 and very capable in assisting clients with analysis of options for lease or purchase transactions. Prior to forming 360 Commercial Real Estate, gained 14 years of experience as owner's manager and leasing representative for Hovde Properties downtown Madison office and retail properties. Also managed construction of tenant and building improvements and have sound experience in assisting tenants with layout of commercial space. Prior to Hovde, I worked for American Family Insurance in its Corporate Real Estate Department and leased and managed commercial investment and surplus company-occupied office properties. Managed operating budgets for these properties. Also acted on behalf of American Family as a tenant in over 200 leased office locations and handled rent accounting, review of operating expenses, recovery of tenant improvement allowances, etc. Whatever the scope of your real estate services needs is, I can help!
