Joel's Biography

Specializing in retail (Member of ICSC), Joel has been a consistent producer by coordinating the sale and leasing of all types of commercial property, has played a role in the development process for various retail projects, and site selections. Joel has received numerous awards including Top Agent in the State in of Wisconsin in 2005 and 2007. Some of the transactions and clients that he was involved with include Menards, Hendricks Development Group, Rogan Shoes, Marling Lumber, Road Ranger, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns, Atlanta Bread, Sears, Dollar Tree, McDonalds, Yum Brands, Walgreens, Starbucks, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Golden Corral, Save-A-Lot, Sherwin Williams, and Hovde Realty. Previous to commercial real estate, Joel operated a grocery wholesale business for 18 years managing 425 accounts in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. Joel is also very active in his community serving 4 years on the Beloit City Council, and 2 years as a Rock County Board Supervisor.
