T Michael's Biography

Mike and his team at Advantage Osborne have 36 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. The firm specializes in tenant representation, leasing, development, consulting, and property management. Mike has personally managed and leased over 1,000,000 sqft of office space while employed at a large regional real estate company and currently manages approximately 700,000 sqft of office space through Advantage Osborne, LLC. Mike has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designations. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Commercial Brokers Group, Inc., and the Rotary Club of Madison. He is also a recipient of the CBG 2011 Investment Deal of The Year and the 2013 Overall Deal of The Year awards.
