This building is home to JP Morgan Chase Bank on a portion of the main level. The balance of the 14' clear height main level is nicely suited for a small-scale grocer with a coffee shop and the potential for a drive-thru. The lower-level features 2 vaults and is fully equipped with a stage and concession stand. This is perfect for a comedy club or other event venue! The second and third floors are offices currently and we would love to entertain an office user, in the event we do not find suitable tenants, our plan is to renovate these floors into apartments. Right across the street from the Children's museum, Fox Cities Building for the Arts, Candy Shop, right next door to Copper Rock Coffee Shop, bars, and banks, and many other stores.
